Booking & payment
✓ To fix the reservation we are asking for a prepayment (details you will find in your confirmation of reservation). Only on receipt of the prepayment the reservation is fixed.
✓ On late arrival or early departure the apartment will be charged according to the confirmation of reservation.
✓ We only accept cash payment - no credit cards.
✓ Of course you may also transfer the total amount to our bank account before your holiday. Inside the EU you can transact the cash transfer free of expense. With foreign transfers please consider the duration of the money transfer.
✓ Pets are allowed only on request and are charged separately. We kindly ask for understanding.
Stay, arrival and departure
✓ If possible, we ask you to plan your arrival and departure on a Saturday during high season. Of course we will try to accomodate your wish for another arrival or departure day if possible.
✓ minimum stay: summer - 1 day, winter - 3 days
✓ arrival: check-in between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. (if possible please let us now your estimated arrival time)
✓ departure: check-out by no later than 9 a.m.
Terms of cancellation
✓ Cancellations are only valid if provided in writing.
✓ On late arrival or early departure the whole reserved stay will be charged.
✓ Place of jurisdiction and place of execution is Zell am Ziller.
✓ The General terms and conditions for the hotel industry apply.
✓ We recommend you to get a travel and cancellation insurance.
